I hereby expressly approve, also in accordance with articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, all of them the terms agreed upon in the following paragraphs of the General Conditions: articles 3.2 - 3.3 (CAME’s right to modify the prices, features and general terms and conditions of the Service), 5.5 and/or 6.5 (right of the Supplier to suspend the Services and suspend the Contract in the event of non-payment of the Fee), 8 (express termination clause and CAME’s right to suspend the Service), 9.3 - 9.4 (CAME’s disclaimer of liability), 13.b and/or 11.3 (Jurisdiction for subjects not resident or domiciled in Italy).

I consent to my data being processed for the purposes of direct marketing and sending sales and marketing communications using automated contact methods (such as email and in-app banners), pursuant to Art. 1.2, according to the policy published here
